Wellman has been developed to safeguard the particular nutrition needs of men. Recommended for men of all ages, it's ideal for sportsmen and those with a hectic lifestyle. Wellman can also be taken every day and there is no maximum length of time over which it can be used. Wellman's 28 bio-elements include: Antioxidants and essential nutrients for the human immune system, natural betacarotene, vitamins A,C & E, minerals, amino acids and bioflavonoids. Zinc, a mineral involved in over 300 enzyme processes and which may help maintain reproductive health in men. Garlic and ginseng. This product does not contain artificial colours, gluten, preservatives, starch, sugar or fat, salt or yeast.
One capsule per day with or immediately after your main meal, with a full glass of water or a cold drink. Wellman should only be taken on a full stomach.
