Always choose the SPF thats suitable for your skin type.

• 20 minutes before going into the sun, apply lotion evenly and generously using about 3 tablespoonful (35ml) for an adult body.


• Reapply generously every 1-2 hours and always after swimming or if lotion is removed by towel or clothing.


• Seek shade between 11am and 3pm.


• Wear a hat, sunglasses and protective clothing.
