Charges are determined by destination and item weight. In some cases you will have a choice of two delivery options. These will automatically appear in a drop down menu on the 'Review your order' page, when you have placed an order.

Restrictions
Unfortunately we cannot deliver certain medicines outside of the UK. Restrictions on the volume of certain medicines that can be ordered are in place to safeguard against potential abuse. If you have any query relating to a medicine please use our 'contact our pharmacist' form in our advice centre.

Certain items for sale on our site may contain flammable ingredients and are therefore unsuitable for air mail, these items are clearly marked and again are unable to be processed through our checkout for certain destinations

Dispatch
Orders are generally dispatched either by Royal Mail or by City Link. Orders received before 12 midday (Monday - Friday) will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Occasionally we may dispatch your order in more than one parcel but you will not be charged extra for delivery. This may due to stock levels or difficult to package items. You will be notified if goods are out of stock and have been discontinued.

All orders, whether sent via City Link or Royal Mail, will require a signature on delivery and will be delivered between 9am and 5pm, weekdays only, so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your goods between these hours. If an item cannot be delivered and is returned to LifeandLooks.com, the postage costs cannot be refunded. If an item has to be resent an additional re-postage fee will be payable.

Parcel Tracking
For UK and Ireland customers using our next day delivery service we will provide you with a tracking number to track your package. You may track your parcel at http://www.city-link.co.uk/track_parcel/track_parcel.php. Next working day delivery is guaranteed by citylink, complaints about this service should be made direct to ciylink. www.city-link.co.uk

For packages sent via Royal Mail, we can provide the Royal Mail tracking number on request. Simply e-mail us with your order number, date, and your name, and we will send you the relevant number. Royal mail orders can be tracked at http://track.royalmail.com/portal/rm/track?catId=22700601&gear=authentication

International Tax
All orders include UK tax. International customers are responsible for ensuring they pay any tax due in their own jurisdiction. LifeandLooks.com will not accept responsibility for paying tax on goods ordered outside the UK.

Late Delivery
LifeandLooks.com will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website but will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time which we quote for that item, please contact us by telephone or email. We will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.

Substitute Goods
LifeandLooks.com do not supply substitute goods. LifeandLooks.com reserve the right to change postal methods if circumstances require it.
