Restrictions
Unfortunately we cannot deliver certain medicines outside of the UK. Restrictions on the volume of certain medicines that can be ordered are in place to safeguard against potential abuse. If you have any query relating to a medicine please use our 'contact our pharmacist' form in our advice centre.
Certain items for sale on our site may contain flammable ingredients and are therefore unsuitable for air mail, these items are clearly marked and again are unable to be processed through our checkout for certain destinations

Dispatch
Orders are generally dispatched either by Royal Mail or by City Link. Orders received before 12 midday (Monday - Friday) will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Occasionally we may dispatch your order in more than one parcel but you will not be charged extra for delivery. This may be due to stock levels or difficult to package items. You will be notified if goods are out of stock and have been discontinued.

All orders, whether sent via City Link or Royal Mail, will require someone to accept the parcel (and in some cases sign for it) and will be delivered between 9am and 5pm, weekdays only, so please specify an address where someone will be able to accept the package between these hours. Alternatively, you can use the 'Special Instructions' field to specify a safe place where the package can be left if no-one is in. If no-one is in and no safe place has been specified, the package will be returned to the local Royal Mail or City Link depot.. If an item cannot be delivered and is returned to LifeandLooks.com, the postage costs cannot be refunded. If an item has to be resent an additional re-postage fee will be payable.

Parcel Tracking
Your order confirmation e-mail will normally include your order tracking number. If this number ends in 'GB', it is a Royal Mail tracking number. In this case your order can be tracked at http://track.royalmail.com/portal/rm/track?catId=22700601&gear=authentication Alternatively, if the tracking number is the same as your order reference, then your order has been dipatched via CityLink, and the order reference can be used to track the parcel at http://www.city-link.co.uk/track_parcel/track_parcel.php (enter the number in the 'Customer Reference' field).

International Tax
All orders include UK tax. International customers are responsible for ensuring they pay any tax due in their own jurisdiction. LifeandLooks.com will not accept responsibility for paying tax on goods ordered outside the UK.

Late Delivery
LifeandLooks.com will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website but will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time which we quote for that item, please contact us by telephone or email. We will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.
