Lifeandlooks premises are registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland, it is the online store for McKay Pharmacy, an exclusive chain of pharmacies based in greater Belfast. McKay pharmacy is licensed at the above address.

LifeandLooks.com adheres to the Home shopping: Distance Selling Regulations. By purchasing anything from our website you are agreeing to our terms and conditions, please read each section. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Credit Card Payments

You may pay by credit card or debit card (UK only). While you may view the cost of items in different currencies all purchases will be charged in Sterling.

Your order will be processed if your credit card billing address and card security code can be verified by our credit card payment partner. Delivery to different addresses is at the discretion of LifeandLooks.com. This is to protect our customers from fraud. LifeandLooks.com reserve the right to refuse an order without explanation.

All products offered for sale on this site are 100% genuine, At lifeandlooks we source products only through reputable and robust supply channels. We have long standing relationships with our suppliers spanning over 30 years.

Shipping & Delivery


Restrictions


Unfortunately we cannot delivery certain medicines outside of the UK. Restrictions on the volume of certain medicines that can be ordered are in place to safeguard against potential abuse. If you have any query relating to a medicine please use our 'contact our pharmacist' form in our advice centre.

Certain items for sale on our site may contain flammable ingredients and are therefore unsuitable for air mail, these items are clearly marked and again are unable to be processed through our checkout for certain destinations

Postage


Postage costs are calculated on weight and geographic location. The website will show postage costs once you have entered your postal address at the checkout.

Dispatch


Orders are generally dispatched either by Royal Mail or by City Link. Orders received before 12 (Midday) (Monday - Friday) will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Occasionally we may dispatch your order in more than one parcel but you will not be charged extra for delivery. This may be this may be due to stock levels or difficult to package items. You will be notified if goods are out of stock and have been discontinued.

City Link requires a signature and operates between 9am and 5pm on weekdays only, so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your goods between these hours. If an item cannot be delivered and is returned to LifeandLooks.com, the postage costs cannot be refunded. If an item has to be resent an additional re-postage fee will be payable.

Delivery Times


For UK and Ireland customers using our next day delivery service we will provide you with a tracking number to track your package. You may track your parcel at http://www.city-link.co.uk/track_parcel/track_parcel.php. Next working day delivery is guaranteed by citylink, complaints about this service should be made direct to ciylink. www.city-link.co.uk

For International deliveries our preferred carrier is Royal Mail Air Mail, delivery times are dependant on the efficiency of your country's mail service. Delivery to European destinations will usually be made within 2-4 working days, and 5-10 working days to other destinations. World wide destinations make take in excess of 2 weeks. A signature is often required upon delivery for international parcels.

International Tax


All orders include UK tax. International customers are responsible for ensuring they pay any tax due in their own jurisdiction. LifeandLooks.com will not accept responsibility for paying tax on goods ordered outside the UK.

Late Delivery


LifeandLooks.com will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website but will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time which we quote for that item, please contact us by telephone or email. We will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.

Substitute Goods


LifeandLooks.com do not supply substitute goods. LifeandLooks.com reserve the right to change postal methods if circumstances require it.

Returns & Cancellations


LifeandLooks.com will honour a seven day returns and cancellation period. This period starts the day after you receive your goods. The conditions below apply to all returns and cancellations: All returns must be accompanied by a completed returns form, which can be downloaded here. LifeandLooks.com must be informed in writing if you wish to cancel your order. This will be acceptable by email.

Every item is checked for quality before it leaves our warehouse. If an item is faulty or becomes damaged in transit, or if we send you the wrong item accidentally, it may be returned to LifeandLooks.com and a replacement will be sent to you at no additional cost. We will refund the cost of postage back to us, as long as the cost is reasonable.

Please make sure that you have put the correct postage on the returns as LifeandLooks.com do not collect underpaid items from Royal Mail. Customers are responsible for proof of delivery on all returns.

If an order is cancelled and the goods are not faulty or damaged and have been returned unopened with the seals and all documentation in tact, the customer will be reimbursed less the delivery costs. Orders cancelled before they are dispatched will be refunded in full (please note we still need written confirmation of your intention to cancel so you must still email us to let us know).

Warranty


If an item, covered by a manufacturer warranty becomes faulty, please refer to the manufacturer's policy regarding the process and cost of returns.

While we try to ensure that product descriptions are 100% accurate, occasionally they may contain errors if the manufacturers change the item or if there are typing mistakes.
