Returns & Cancellations
1. Returns Authorisation
Before returning any item please contact us for authorisation to do so and complete the returns form which you will be sent. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return which does not include a returns form.
2. Packing the Item
Wrap the item securely and include the invoice along with your completed returns form, usually the packaging in which the item was sent can be used for its return.
3. Replacement or Refund
We will ask you if you would like us to replace the item (provided it is still available) or refund your card. If your item becomes faulty we will honour any guarantee offered by the manufacturer. We will only refund the delivery costs, up to the value of our out going shipping costs. Ghd have requested that any faulty stylers be returned directly to them by following the link below:
Returning an Unwanted Item
You may cancel your order up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery, for a full refund. Goods must be returned within 21 days and are refunded within 30 days.
All returns should be posted to the following address:
- We will only refund the delivery costs, up to the value of our out going shipping costs, and if the return is a result of our error.
- We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless faulty

Please note that we will only declare a package as being lost in transit 14 days after the latest estimated delivery time. Refunds and replacements will not be processed until such time. This is due to delays which can occur in the delivery of your package and which are outside of our control
