Who will deliver my order?
Depending on the weight and delivery method you choose for delivery of your parcel this may vary. However we only operate with a number of experienced partners specifically; Royal Mail, TNT, Spring Global and Parcel Force.
What to do if your order hasn’t arrived?
Our first time delivery rate is consistently above 98%. We cannot declare a parcel as officially lost until 14 days after the latest estimated delivery date, please visit our terms and conditions for further details.
What will my parcel look like?
Our parcels are discreetly packed in unmarked packaging. We try to do our bit for the environment so use clean recycled shredded cardboard and paper to protect parcel contents.
