Shipping & Delivery

Charges are determined by destination and item weight. In some cases you will have a choice of two delivery options. These will automatically appear in a drop down menu on the 'Review your order' page, when you have placed an order.

UK destinations - Parcel tracking is included on all delivery services to UK addresses. Your dispatch confirmation e-mail will contain your parcel tracking number.

Non-UK destinations - Parcel tracking is included on EXPRESS DELIVERY OPTIONS ONLY. Standard delivery options do not include parcel tracking. If you require parcel tracking, please choose the Express Delivery Option at the checkout (please note that for heavier orders, the Express option, with tracking, may be included as standard)

Medicines - Unfortunately we cannot deliver certain medicines outside of the UK. Restrictions on the volume of certain medicines that can be ordered are in place to safeguard against potential abuse. If you have any query relating to a medicine please use our 'contact our pharmacist' form in our advice centre.

Flammable items - Certain items for sale on our site may contain flammable ingredients and are therefore unsuitable for air mail, these items are clearly marked and again are unable to be processed through our checkout for certain destinations

Aerosols - Orders containing aerosols cannot be sent via Express Delivery services as these can involve air transport. If your order contains aerosols, please select Standard Delivery at the checkout.

Orders are normally dispatched either by Royal Mail or by Parcelforce. Orders received before 12 midday (Monday - Friday) will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders received after this time will normally be dispatched the next working day. Occasionally it may be necessary to dispatch your order in more than one parcel but you will not be charged extra for delivery. If goods are out of stock or discontinued, we will notify you as soon as possible and advise you of any available alternatives. LifeandLooks.com reserve the right to change postal methods if circumstances require it.

Orders sent via a tracked service will require someone to accept the parcel (and in some cases sign for it) and will be delivered between 9am and 5pm, weekdays only, so please specify an address where someone will be able to accept the package between these hours. Alternatively, you can use the 'Special Request' field to specify a safe place where the package can be left if no-one is in. If no-one is in and no safe place has been specified, the package will be returned to the local Royal Mail or Parcelforce depot. If an item cannot be delivered and is returned to LifeandLooks.com, the postage costs cannot be refunded. If an item has to be resent an additional re-postage fee will be payable.

All orders include UK tax. International customers are responsible for ensuring they pay any tax due in their own jurisdiction. LifeandLooks.com will not accept responsibility for paying tax on goods ordered outside the UK.

LifeandLooks.com will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website but will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time which we quote for that item, please contact us by telephone or email. We will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.
